The Delta Airlines flights arrive at Terminal 3 of Sky Harbor International Airport. Flyers move to level 1 after disembarking the plane. As this airline rarely operates international routes from here, this terminal doesn’t feature any customs or Global Entry office. 

• Reach level 1 and look at the screens to check the carousel number.
• Collect bags from the particular baggage belt.
• Exit the airport and access PHX rental car companies, city bus, Washington Valley metro rail, and more. 

NOTE: If someone is arriving from an international origin, they must clear customs at Terminal 4 and then exit. 

PHX Delta Terminal for Departures

Delta Airlines’ departures process is spread across all levels of Terminal B at PHX Airport. Each level depicts one part of the operations, including ticketing, security checking, and boarding gates. 

• Passengers complete their check-in and drop off their bags at level 1. 
• Then move to level 2 for a security check using TSA and CLEAR facilities. 
• Head to level 4 (one level above) to reach the boarding gates in the south concourse F.

NOTE: The gates close 20 minutes before departure, and it can take time to reach the other levels. Hence, the airline recommends that flyers arrive at least 2 hours early.
