• The U1 level includes the lost and found office along with the car rental offices.  

Condor Arrivals Terminal in Frankfurt 

All arrivals at Frankfurt Airport of Condor take place at Terminal 1. Concourse B and its arrival gates are used.

• After disembarking at Level 1, reach the baggage belt area and locate the airline-specific carousel via the information screen.
• For international travel, go to the customs area for entry procedures.
• Meeting Points, along with the transport facilities like taxis, shuttles, and public buses, are located near the exit gates of Condor Terminal in Frankfurt.

Condor Frankfurt Terminal Departures

Departing flights of Condor Airlines use Terminal 1 and concourse B gates. Its counters and accessibility facilities are provided at Level 2 of Hall C.

• The airline has separate counters for its various class ticketholders, such as:

1. Counters for Economy Class- 779 to 784
2. Premium Economy Class- 775 to 778
3. Business Class Counters- 773 to 774

• A Fast Bag Drop facility is available in Hall C at Zone 18-19, with counters 759-768.
• Moreover, special services at the Frankfurt Airport Condor Terminal can be requested from counters 752 and 753.
• After checking in, go to the security checkpoint of Concourse B, as departures are generally through its boarding gates.
• Check the location of the specific gate and wait at the boarding area.
