St. Louis Lambert International Airport (STL)

St. Louis Lambert International Airport, also known as Lambert field is the main airport serving St. Louis, Missouri, and its metropolitan area. Over the time, it has become the largest and the busiest airport in this state being at a distance of 14 miles (23 km) from the downtown area. The airport provides nonstop service to over 80 destinations within the United States, Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Europe, having served nearly 16 million passengers in 2024. It is a hub for the Southern Airways Express for operating all domestic and international flights. 

STL Airport has two terminals with three concourses and 54 gates currently. It is under construction due to its plan of demolishing A, B, C and building a single new concourse with 62 gates in its place .Both terminals provide services for arrivals and departures, along with other amenities located across different concourses. Terminal shuttles buses and the metro rail transfers passengers from one area to another at the airport.
