JetBlue uses Terminal C and E at Boston Logan International Airport. It conducts domestic arrivals and departures through the main Terminal C, while international flights arrive at Terminal E. This terminal features two main levels, and at the secondary terminal, it uses only level 1. The working hours of the ticketing counters are 2:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. However, the TSA security checkpoints operate between 3 a.m. and 11:30 p.m. JetBlue’s BOS Terminal doesn’t offer curbside check-in or skycaps here. Though eligible flyers can access the JetBridge and priority security. 

What terminal is JetBlue at Logan Airport?

The BOS Terminal C and E provide a platform for the JetBlue domestic and international flight operations, respectively. • Level 1: This level features the domestic arrivals of JetBlue, along with the baggage claim belts, service office, and BOS ground transportation. 
• Level 2: It features all JetBlue’s ticketing counters, TSA security checkpoints, boarding gates, and service centres for departures, whether within the United States or outside it. 
• Level 1 (Terminal E): JetBlue houses its international arrivals via this level for this secondary terminal, with customs and baggage facilities.

The flights of JetBlue arrive at two different terminals at Boston Logan Airport. Terminal C handles the domestic arrivals, while Terminal E is for international arrivals. Those traveling within the United States must arrive at level 1 of the main terminal and move to claim their bags. However, foreign people should: 

• Arrive at level 1 of the BOS Terminal E and move to level 1. 
• Follow the signs to the customs and immigration office. 
• Present all essential documents, including the passports, boarding pass, declarations, etc, to complete the verification process. 
• Take bags from the carousels that the airport allots and make way to the exit doors.

BOS Airport JetBlue Departures Terminal 

JetBlue conducts all its departures through Terminal C at BOS Airport, whether international or domestic. Level 2 provides all facilities for the entire procedure. The ticketing counters and TSA security checkpoints have specific timings for operations. 

1. Counters: 2.30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. 
2. Security: 3 a.m. and 11:30 p.m.

• Complete check-in and get the boarding pass, either from the counters or self-service kiosks. 
• Move to security points after dropping bags. 
• Use the departure halls to wait for boarding to start. 
• JetBlue boarding generally begins around 30 to 40 minutes in advance. 

JetBlue operates from both Terminals C and E at Boston Logan International Airport. All departures happen at the main terminal. There is a separate terminal for international arrivals due to the presence of Customs and Global Entry offices. Moreover, departing flyers can access the central, economy, and garage B, under the BOS parking amenities.
