Air Canada uses Terminal B at LaGuardia Airport, conducting primary services to its hubs in Canada and Montreal, often connecting to Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport as well. It uses this terminal for both arrivals and departures through the modern Eastern Concourse, where its Maple Leaf Lounge also resides. It features a total of five levels, but the airline operates using only three levels. Concourse B contains the boarding gates, and a skybridge directly connects the check-in lobby on level 3. Eligible customers can access priority check-in counters and security clearance at the Air Canada LGA Terminal.

Air Canada utilizes Terminal B at LGA Airport, serving the majority of domestic destinations in Canada. It features five levels to support the operations of arrivals and departures, along with other amenities, including a food court, lounges, and LGA ground transportation. 

• Level 1: Air Canada flyers can access buses and shuttles via this level post-exiting the airport.
• Level 2: This is the arrival level with baggage claim areas and a few boarding gates. 
• Level 3: It features all Air Canada ticketing counters and a lounge, along with security checkpoints and boarding gates.
• Mezzanine and Level 4: These levels offer additional amenities, including a food court and an Apollo pharmacy. 

NOTE: Level 2 also contains LGA Parking for departing passengers, with long and short term durations.

Air Canada flights Arrival at LGA Airport

All flights of Air Canada arrive at Level 2 of Terminal B at LaGuardia Airport. As this airport handles only domestic routes, it doesn’t have a customs and border protection office. 

• Flyers exit after landing and move to level 2 following the signs. 
• Head directly to collect their bags from the baggage carousel.
• Additionally, there is an Air Canada baggage service office near baggage belt 9 in the main hall. They can reach out to the officer here to register any complaints about missing or delayed luggage. 
• Move to level 1 to access the ground transportation. 

LaGuardia Departure Terminal for Air Canada

Air Canada manages its departures through Level 3, Terminal B at LGA Airport. It allows passengers to use the available options for check-in, including the ticketing counters, self-service kiosks, and online check-in. 

• Those who complete their ticketing process online can move directly to the security checkpoints after dropping their bags. 
• In contrast, flyers planning to complete their check-in at the airport will have to arrive a little early, as it can be chaotic during peak hours. 
• Air Canada ticketing counters sit near check-in G at level 3. 
• The security checkpoints have TSA PreCheck and Touchless facilities with 2 minutes of average waiting time. 
• Head to the boarding gates on level 2 or 3 after fulfilling all requirements. 

NOTE: Air Canada Maple Leaf lounge is near gate 59 at level 3 of Terminal B, only for eligible guests. 

Air Canada remains at LGA Terminal B to conduct its operations efficiently. This terminal provides all facilities, though at different levels. Arrivals and departures take place at the same terminal on levels 2 and 3. Additionally, the Maple Leaf lounge operates every day from 5 a.m. to 6 p.m., while rideshare pickup points are outside the arrival level.
