• After exiting the flight arriving from domestic origins, people can move to reclaim their bags directly on the lower level of the building.
• The customs office sits on the Ground Floor near Zone C for international flyers.
• They can utilize the ground transportation to exit outside underground level for leaving the airport.

Virgin Atlantic Departures are primarily done at levels 1 and 2 of LHR Terminal 3. 

• Zone A of the Virgin Atlantic LHR terminal on the ground floor has the ticketing counters and self-service booths, open between 5 a.m. and 9.30 p.m. for completing check-in at the airport.
