Heathrow Air Canada Arrival Terminal

All Air Canada flights arrive at areas T2A and T2B. Baggage is delivered to one of the eight baggage reclaim belts. As this airline only operates international routes, everyone must complete their customs process before collecting their bags. 

• Exit the aircraft and make way to level 1. 
• Make way to the customs office within the arrival level. 
• Present all documents and fill out the declaration forms for verification. 
• Check information boards for carousel belt numbers and take the luggage.
• Move to level 0 to access ground transportation.

Air Canada departures from Heathrow

Levels 4 and 5 of Terminal 2  manage the Air Canada departures through LHR Airport. Zone A contains the check-in and bag drop facilities. Premium desks and dedicated full-service check-in are also available for eligible customers. 

• Use any of the available self-service kiosks to print the boarding pass and baggage tags. 
• Proceed to the first available bag drop desk within Zone A. An agent will take the bags and activate the bag tags.
• Move forward to the security lanes for checking, then onward to the gate area. 
• Air Canada flights depart from areas T2A and T2B. 
• The boarding passes provide the details about the exact gate number and area.
