Air Canada Arrivals at EWR Airport

Level 1 of Terminal A manages the Air Canada arrival at Newark Liberty International Airport. All passengers must go through the Customs and Border Protection process to exit from airport. For that, they will have to either move to EWR Terminal B or C, as they contain the CBP office. 

• Exit the Air Canada flight and reach the arrival level of Terminal A to collect bags.
• Look for the carousel 10 and take their luggage. 
• Use AirTrain to transit between Terminals.
• Head to the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) area, present documents and the boarding pass to an officer for verification.
• Flyers will go through the final customs declaration checkpoint before exiting into the public area.

Air Canada flights depart through levels 2 and 3, the departure and concourse levels. Passengers complete their check-in and drop their bags at level 3, then proceed to level 2 to board their flights. 

• Obtain a boarding pass either through counters, self-service kiosks, or mobile check-in.
• Drop bags at the stations and head to the security checkpoints that offer TSA PreCheck touchless ID verification. 
• Move to the concourse level and find gate A2.
• Be at the gates at least 30 minutes early, as gates close 15 minutes before departure.
