Alaska Airlines uses Terminal E at Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport. It only extends domestic routes through the airport, primarily to Seattle and Portland. It features three levels with one lower tunnel, connecting to the ground level. Alaska Airlines DFW Terminal offers both arrivals and departure facilities, along with other amenities, including free wifi, family restrooms, TSA PreCheck, CLEAR, partner airline lounges, and power outlets at the gate. The ticketing counters’ working hours certainly depend on the flight schedule. However, flyers must arrive at least two hours before their departure time. Moreover, a customer service agent will bring the unaccompanied minors, traveling on flight 372, to the baggage claim area. 

What terminal is Alaska Airlines at DFW Airport?

Alaska Airlines operates its domestic routes via Terminal E at DFW Airport. All flights arrive and depart through this terminal, providing all essential facilities for conducting flights within the United States. 

• Level 1: This is the lower level with arrival at baggage claim and access to the express parking shuttles, as well as passenger pick-up and drop-off. 
• Level 2: It features Alaska Airlines ticketing counters, security checkpoints, and gate E11. Along with this, the baggage service office is also present on this level. 
• Level 3: The airport designates this level for Skylink facilities, connecting this terminal to other terminals, in case anyone wants to travel internationally. 

NOTE: Departing passengers can utilize the DFW Parking on levels 1 and 2 of Terminal E, with Valet, Express, and Remote parking options.

• The airport assigns flights’ baggage belts on the day of arrival. Locate it and collect bags.
• Exit the airport using DFW ground transportation. 

Departures Process at Alaska Airlines DFW Terminal

Alaska Airlines departures happen on level 2 of Terminal E at DFW Airport. There is no specific timing for ticketing counters, but they open 2 hours in advance and close 40 minutes prior to flight departure. 

• Complete the check-in procedure either through counters or self-service kiosks at the same level. 
• The airline also offers online check-in that begins 1 to 24 hours in advance. 
• Move to the security checkpoints after obtaining the boarding pass. Three checkpoints are working currently, E8, E16, and E18, while others are temporarily closed.
• Alaska Airlines uses gate E11 for departures.

NOTE: The airline will not accept checked baggage before the opening of ticketing counters. Not more than 4 hours before departure.
