Air Canada primarily operates from Terminal A at George Bush Intercontinental Airport. The Air Canada terminal IAH is known for shorter walking distances, efficient security screening, and easy access to dining and shopping options. Air Canada connects IAH with Toronto (YYZ), Montreal (YUL), Vancouver (YVR), and Calgary (YYC). Air Canada Terminal A Location at IAH

Air Canada uses Terminal A at Houston George Bush Airport, which is located on the north side of the airport. The IAH Air Canada terminal A has six levels to manage the flight operations.

• Lower Level (LL): A Subway Train connects Terminal A with all secure areas and other terminals from this level.
• Level 1: This level has an arrival hall with baggage claim belts.
• Level 2: It has ticketing counters, security checkpoints, and boarding gates.
• Level 3: The level has Skyway facilities.
• Levels 4 and 5: Both these levels have accessible IAH parking garages for Air Canada passengers.

Air Canada Departure Terminal IAH

Air Canada check-in counters are located on the departure level ( Level 2) of Terminal A.

• Use the Self-Service Kiosks to print the boarding pass and bag tags or visit the full-service desks to speak with an agent.
• Separate baggage drop counters are located after the kiosk check-in.
• Clear security screening at either at the IAH Terminal North or IAH Terminal South TSA security checkpoint.
• Both security checkpoints have TSA PreCheck and CLEAR lanes for eligible members. 
• Proceed to the designated boarding gates, typically gates A1-A30.
• Wait in the Air Canada IAH terminal gate seating area until boarding is announced.

Air Canada Arrivals IAH

Air Canada flight arrivals are handled at level 1 in Terminal A. Since most flights from Canada are “Pre-Cleared”, arrive as a domestic passenger and head straight to baggage claim. If the flight is not pre-cleared,

• Head to the Federal Inspection Services (FIS) to clear customs before picking up the bags.
• Follow the signs to access the IAH baggage claim area.
• After collecting baggage, exit through customs and proceed to ground transportation or terminal connections.
