Turkish Airlines carries out its flight activities through the Tom Bradley International Terminal at Los Angeles International Airport. Both arrivals and departures from international destinations, mainly Istanbul, are completed at this terminal. Baggage claim carousels, ticketing counters, lounges, security checkpoints, accessibility facilities, among other amenities like retail stores and restaurants are available at the Turkish Airlines LAX Terminal.

Which is the Turkish Airlines Terminal at LAX?

At LAX, the Tom Bradley International Terminal is used by Turkish Airlines. This terminal, also known as Terminal B, has 5 levels with distinct functions.

• Level 1- This is the arrival level containing the baggage belts, customs area, and access to ground transport.
• Level 3- It is the check-in and ticketing level of the LAX Turkish Airlines Terminal. Airline-specific counters, along with passport control, are located at this level.
• Level 4- The departures level, housing the security checkpoints, multiple retail stores, and boarding gates.
• Levels 5 and 6- These levels have the airlines’ lounges and a few dining options.

Note: The terminal also has a separate building for the West gates connected through a walkway.

Arrivals of Turkish Airlines at LAX Terminal

The TBIT Terminal has all the flight arrivals of Turkish Airlines. Procedures for arrivals are completed at Level 1.

• Arrive at the arrivals level of the Turkish Airlines terminal in LAX  and head to the baggage claim area. 
• Check the information screens to locate the specific baggage carousel.
• As all Turkish flights are international, all passengers have to go through the customs procedure. 
• At last, head to the exits and avail the transportation facilities.

LAX Departures Terminal of Turkish Airlines

Flights of Turkish Airlines depart from Terminal B of Los Angeles International Airport. Serving only international flights, the airline uses Levels 3 and 4 for its procedures.

• Check in at the Turkish Airlines counter located at Level 3 near Aisle C.
• Moreover, a self-serve bag drop facility is located near the counter. 
• Afterwards, go to Level 4 for security screening. Additionally, the Turkish Airlines LAX Terminal also offers TSA Precheck lanes.
• Several shopping and dining outlets are located after security, which can be accessed before boarding.
• Check the boarding gate on the pass or digital screen and arrive on time.

Note: Eligible members flying with Turkish Airlines can access the Star Alliance Lounge, located at Level 6.
